LeBron James has never done it before.

According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, in the first 1552 games of his legendary NBA career, he accomplished a relatively mundane task of making at least one shot before the end of the third quarter.

But in Thursday's game at Indiana, the Lakers' superstar didn't hit a single shot in the first three quarters.

King James actually has something that he has never done before, he has never done it before, he has always exceeded the standard, not that he is not up to the standard.

This is certainly the case where James is most likely to miss out on those records. He's now 40 years old and plays alongside another superstar with a lot of possession, Luka Doncic.

James didn't even have a dunk, layup, or any small jump shot for three quarters, which is still incredible.

There is a first for everything, even for LeBron James.
