人民網貴陽3月26日電 (黃小桃)3月26日，貴陽市人民政府召開貴州省第二屆職業技能大賽貴陽貴安選拔賽暨貴陽市第四屆“築城工匠杯”職工職業技能競賽新聞通氣會。據瞭解，此次大賽將於3月29日至4月1日舉辦。

大賽由貴陽市人民政府主辦，貴陽市人力資源和社會保障局、貴陽市總工會承辦，採取分散辦賽模式，由貴陽職業技術學院、貴陽康養職業大學、貴州交通技師學院等15個單位組織實施。大賽各項準備工作已經就緒。

In terms of the content of the competition, the competition focuses on the industrial development needs of Guiyang Gui'an, focusing on the skilled talents required for the development of electronic information manufacturing, advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, health and pharmaceutical industry, and modern service industry, and sets up 59 projects such as electronic technology, CNC milling, new energy battery testing technology, health and social care, and homestay housekeeper.

It is worth mentioning that this competition is benchmarked against the National Skills Competition and the Provincial Skills Competition, based on the relevant national occupational standards level 3 (senior workers), combined with the actual level of skilled talents in the field of industry technology development in Guiyang Gui'an, and formulates technical rules and technical documents for each project.

In terms of reward policy, the competition sets up gold medals, silver medals, bronze medals and winning awards; The contestants who won the first place in each competition and registered as employees will be nominated as "City Building Craftsmen" by the Guiyang Federation of Trade Unions; Contestants who have won the winning award and above can be directly promoted to the senior engineer (level 3) vocational skill level; The first and second place winners of the eligible municipal competition projects will represent Guiyang City to participate in the corresponding project competitions of the second Guizhou Vocational Skills Competition and the second Guizhou Provincial Staff Vocational Skills Competition.
