3月25日，重慶市2025年高校畢業生等青年留渝來渝就業創業對接服務活動渝中區、巫溪縣專場在成都大學舉行。現場，渝中區、巫溪縣等結合人才需求，邀請63家企業，提供就業崗位1200餘個。

With the theme of "Pursuing Dreams in New Chongqing and Realizing Dreams in a New Future", this event helped young talents stay in Chongqing and inject youth momentum into the construction of a modern new Chongqing by building a school-enterprise docking platform and organizing recruitment negotiations.

The event is divided into four parts: regional promotion, enterprise promotion, on-site job fair, and school-local signing ceremony. In the regional promotion session, Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yuzhong District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chengdu Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, and Chongqing Wuxi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau gave a detailed introduction to the development of the district and county and a series of employment and entrepreneurship support policies and achievements, so as to deepen Chengdu-Chongqing cooperation and build a talent highland in the west.

招聘會現場，渝中區、錦江區、巫溪縣結合人才需求，邀請63家企業，提供就業崗位1200餘個。記者注意到，本次參與招聘會的企業中有不少科技企業，需求領域覆蓋大數據、人工智慧、電子資訊等方向，提供如AI分析師、機械研發助理工程師、技術支持工程師、軟體開發工程師等崗位，部分崗位月薪可達2萬元。

After participating in the promotion meeting, Li, a student majoring in computer science and technology from Chengdu University, said that he not only yearns for the magic and hot enthusiasm of Chongqing, but also values the industrial layout of the whole city and the talent demand of high-tech industries.

據介紹，目前，渝中區人才總量超23萬人，人才密度達39.07%，萬人發明專利擁有量43.88件、位居重慶前列。

青年是城市發展的生力軍。重慶市通過政策賦能、服務提質、平臺擴容，正成為青年人才奔赴西部的“首選之城”。記者瞭解到，今年，重慶將開展41場留渝來渝就業創業對接服務活動，舉辦6000場招聘會，提供100余萬個就業崗位，確保全年高校畢業生等青年留渝來渝就業創業40萬人以上。
