The owner of the house from Nanjing is a florist girl who likes sunshine, flowers and plants, and also likes the simple and natural decoration style of Nordic style. So when I bought this 90 square meter old house, I wanted to combine the two, live and raise flowers in a simple and natural environment!

The house is an intermediate house, and there are some problems with the lighting in the entrance part, because it is an old house, so it must meet the requirements of the head of the household without changing the type of house. We can only rely on decoration and sound design to brighten up the whole house.

Floor plan

The house itself has only 90 square meters of building area, which belongs to the rigid need of the house, and the area of the entrance part is very compact, and we combine the shoe cabinet with the sideboard, which not only meets the needs of the dining but also solves the problem of household storage.

The design of the dining area is simple and warm, the long wooden table is just enough to meet the needs of a family, and the coffee-colored walls and metallic lamps make the space feel elegant and comfortable.

The kitchen is opposite the restaurant, which is very convenient for eating.

The kitchen uses white cabinets and metal brushed handles to look atmospheric and beautiful.

The wall of the kitchen is very interesting, the lower part is marble mosaic tiles, and the upper part is blue-green latex paint, which visually enriches the layering of the space and gives the whole space a visual highlight.

Further inside is the living room at home, the sofa background wall is made of light gray latex paint, with a few simple decorative paintings, the hostess specially selected walnut furniture and leather sofa, so that the living room looks extravagant!

The entire living room is covered with dark solid wood herringbone flooring, which echoes the light solid wood floor of the TV background wall. The ceiling in the living room is not modeled, but simply walks the side hanging and gypsum line, so it looks very spacious at home.

The Scandinavian-style metal coffee table and lamps, combined with the green plants made by the hostess herself, enrich the color and three-dimensional sense of the space.

The balcony of the home is next to the living room, and the two are directly integrated, and the herringbone floor of the living room extends all the way to the balcony. Both sides of the balcony are designed to be stored, one side is the front wardrobe plus washing machine, and the other side is the sink and mop sink.

Their bathroom is also very interesting, in order to separate the wet and dry, the sink is placed outside, with the tea table next to it, the movement is quite smooth.

The sink has the design of a countertop basin, and there are small flowers on both sides that the hostess likes, and the bathroom cabinet is a metal brushed panel dotted with gold handles, and the mirror cabinet is also of the same design, which looks really beautiful.

The walls of the dry area are also covered with the same half-height tiles as in the kitchen, with grey marble tiles below and gray-pink latex paint on the top, which visually expands the space. The door of the bathroom is also super good-looking!

The walls of the wet area are paved with two completely different tiles, which play a role in dividing the area, and look simple and refreshing.

The design of the master bedroom is much simpler and more unpretentious, with a large area of white walls to create a comfortable sleeping environment.

The area of the second bedroom is relatively small, so we chose a tatami mat design to increase the storage space, and also serve as a study.

A tatami bed is placed next to the window, and a small blue storage cabinet is made at the head of the bed, making full use of the limited space and making the monotonous bedroom space a bright spot. The suspended desk design is practical and does not take up space, and there are two rows of shelves on it, which can put some books and decorations at will, and of course, the hostess's favorite green plants!
