Many people tend to confuse Italian style with modern style, believing that there is no significant difference between the two, and that both are characterized by simplicity and fashion.
The modern style emphasizes the design concept of simplicity, cleanliness and brightness, and pursues a sense of modernity and fashion; Italian style, on the other hand, focuses more on elegance in simplicity, and often incorporates ornate elements into the design, creating a feeling of sophistication and elegance.
The case I would like to share with you today is the renovation project that was just completed in the first half of this year. Owners are looking for a simple yet sophisticated home environment and want to increase the storage space in their home to meet the needs of practicality.
Based on the owner's requirements, the designer made a careful house plan in the early stage, and finally decided to adopt the Italian style, which perfectly met the owner's expectations for the new home.
Basic Information
Project address: Poly Jiafu Heart
Project area: 142㎡
Project Style: Italian Style
Living room
The design of the living room mainly shows the simplicity and fashion of Italian style through smooth lines, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and stylish.
The color-blocked Italian sofa becomes the visual focal point of the entire living room, and when paired with the Italian-style coffee table, it immediately enhances the style of the whole space.
The current popular design without main lights is applied to the ceiling, the semi-suspended design with built-in light strips increases lighting, and track spotlights are installed near the TV wall to highlight the texture of the background wall.
The TV wall is not only beautiful but also practical, with a drawer-type floor design with storage functions and a display cabinet on the balcony side that also provides storage space.
After the renovation of the living room, the space has been opened up and floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony cabinets have been added, which not only improves the practicality, but also expands the transparency of the living room.
restaurant
A clean, airy dining room is a pleasant place to be, and the open-plan design saves space while enhancing the interactivity and fluidity of the dining and kitchen areas.
The dining table extending from the island is an indispensable element of modern design, and the acrylic transparent table legs and tables and chairs further enhance the aesthetic and transparency of the dining room.
The sliding door installed between the dining area and the living room not only isolates the fumes but also maintains the openness of the space.
kitchen
Although the kitchen is connected to the dining room, it is designed to be divided into a Chinese kitchen area, with the Chinese kitchen being responsible for Chinese cooking and the Western kitchen being used to make simple Western food.
The storage needs of the kitchen area are well met by the fact that the western kitchen area is equipped with ample storage cabinets, and the storage space on the island also helps keep things organized, making the home look neater and simpler.
Guard
Considering the frequent use, the public health department has specially designed the handwashing station to move out and squat the toilet, while ensuring sufficient storage space for the whole family's toiletries.
Lord's Bedroom
The bedroom is designed to be simple and comfortable, without excessive frills, and the wooden floors and grey hard-packed backdrop create a reassuring and comfortable atmosphere.
The master bathroom is located in the master bedroom, and the design of black glass and door cover adds a touch of luxury to the master bedroom.
The cloakroom is created by renovating a small bedroom, and the large L-shaped wardrobe fully meets the needs of the owner and his wife for storing clothes.
Second Dimension
The second bedroom is small but has a suite design, making it ideal for when you don't often stay or if you have friends visiting for the night.
Children's room
The owners have twin schoolchildren, so only one room is arranged and designed in the form of bunk beds, which promotes communication between brothers and saves space.
