3月25日，位於廣州荔灣東漖街道魚博路的江楠中心落成典禮暨招商啟動儀式舉行。作為荔灣區“十四五”規劃重點建設專案，靠近江楠荔塱市場的江楠中心以4.8萬平方米商業體量打造產城融合示範專案。

Jiangnan Center is developed and operated by Guangzhou Junlong Market Development and Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Jiangnan Group. The project is located in the core area of the Guangzhou-Foshan junction, close to Xilong Station where Metro Line 1, Line 0 (under construction), Line 0 (under construction) and the intersection of the four lines of the Guangzhou-Foshan Line, relying on the three-dimensional transportation network of "rail + high-speed + main road", to create a "0-hour economic circle" radiating Guangzhou-Foshan and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

專案總建築面積4.8萬平方米，地上15層、地下2層，總投資超2億元。規劃業態集綜合商業、商務辦公功能於一體，涵蓋品牌酒店、文化餐飲、休閒娛樂、海味乾貨和水產海鮮等多元領域，致力於滿足周邊40萬常住人口的消費需求，提供一站式商業服務體驗。

Relying on the industrial resources of Liwan District and the group's years of market operation experience, the Jiangnan Center project will focus on the dual-core drive of "business service + industrial synergy" to create a new benchmark for the Guangzhou-Foshan hub economy.

The reporter learned that Jiangnan Center has the advantage of transportation location and "flow", in addition to the Xilong Station close to the intersection of the four lines of the subway, it also forms a 3-minute economic circle with Foshan, and the 0-station subway can reach Foshan Financial High-tech Zone and Qiandeng Lake Business District, and the service scope radiates to Foshan.

此外，專案所在的區域正在打造TOD公共交通網站中心，西塱車輛段的160萬平方米超級城市綜合體將於2026年建成。
