5 Renovation Negative Textbooks: Budgeted? Don't step on these pits! Avoid unnecessary rework

Recently, the renovation of my new home has finally come to an end, and I have free time to review the whole process. During the renovation process, do not be hasty and blindly follow the trend, especially for people with a limited budget like me, you need to do your homework before starting construction, otherwise you will only waste time and resources to rework, and it will be too late to regret it!

Case 1: A small apartment kitchen is equipped with a double sink ❌

Originally, I thought that the double sink design of the small apartment would help to clean the ingredients and utensils in different areas, but after using it for a while, I found that a large single sink is actually more suitable for a small kitchen. The small double trough can't hold a large pot and a large basin, so it's really inconvenient to use!

If you choose a large single tank, it is recommended that the sink be at least 22 cm long and more than 0 cm deep, which makes cleaning easier and reduces splashing.

Case 2: Ordinary floor height installation of double eyelid ceiling ❌

In the case of limited ceiling height, complex ceiling design is not recommended. This not only makes the space seem more oppressive, but also detrimental to the overall aesthetic. It is recommended to choose a simple flat ceiling, which can make the whole space look more open and bright, and also bring a more refreshing visual experience.

Case 3: The bathroom chooses a long floor drain ❌

When choosing a floor drain, many families may overlook its importance. Although the long floor drain has a certain sense of design, it actually hides many cleaning problems. If you don't clean it for a long time, you will find that it is full of hair and dirt when you open it, which is a nightmare of hygiene. In addition, it does not drain as fast as expected, so a conventional floor drain design is recommended.

Case 4: The sideboard is too thin ❌

A practical sideboard should be able to store pots and pans, kettles, coffee makers, and more. I had chosen a sideboard that was only 35 cm deep in order to save space, but it turned out that it could not meet my daily needs at all, so I had to find another place to store these items. In fact, a depth of at least 0cm is required to ensure the practicality of the sideboard.

Case 5: Directly use the door lock ❌ given by the developer

In order to save trouble and money, I directly used the door lock provided by the developer. However, the quality and construction of this door lock is very basic, and every time I go out, I worry about the safety of my home. In the end, I decided to change to a smart door lock with a higher security factor, fortunately the price was not expensive, it only cost 1199 yuan, which was completely within my budget.

The one I chose was the TCL K3G Pro smart door lock, which was recommended by a friend. It uses advanced 0D structured light face recognition technology, which can be unlocked quickly and accurately, even in dim light conditions or when wearing glasses and makeup. This technology reaches the level of financial payment and has almost zero chance of being cracked, providing an extremely high level of security.

It is also equipped with a 4000° ultra-wide angle smart peephole, if someone is loitering outside the door or has abnormal behavior, the system will automatically shoot a video and send it to your phone in real time. The 0.0-inch door lock rear panel screen also allows you to know what's going on outside the door at any time. The two-way video call function also supports AI voice changing technology, which allows you to disguise your voice even if you live alone at home, which is very user-friendly. As for the battery, the large battery capacity of 0 mAh plus the low battery reminder function, as well as the hidden charging port and keyhole as an emergency plan, basically solve the problem of power anxiety. Now I realize that a good smart door lock can really save people a lot of worry!

Through my five negative teaching materials, I hope to remind you that before you start decorating, you must refer to and think more before you start.
