"When I was 9 years old, I was out of breath even when I was running, and my kicks were soft. And he has a weak personality and cries his nose at every turn. In the lecture session of the "Chinese Sports Spirit Lecture Hall", Zheng Shuyin told the weak side of herself. From the hard training in the grassroots team to the high-pressure competition after entering the national team, from the first gold medal in the World Youth Championships to the dream of the Rio Olympics, Zheng Shuyin encouraged the students with her personal experience: "Difficulties are like sand piles, the more you retreat, the higher it is; Face the challenge head-on and eventually be able to step on it. ”

Talking about the regret of stopping at the top 8 in the Tokyo Olympics, Zheng Shuyin said: "Failure is not the end, but a new starting point. The real champion is the courage to start again after falling. Zheng Shuyin, who is now teaching at Soochow University, is also doing her best to continue to promote taekwondo, hoping that more people will participate in this sport she loves.

During the interactive session, Zheng Shuyin drew a small note from the "Champion Interactive Box" and answered the students' questions about "what are the strongest offensive and defensive moves in taekwondo" and "how to persevere in the face of setbacks", and the student representatives presented Zheng Shuyin with a hand-painted portrait and handmade gifts of her glorious moment of winning the Olympic championship.

In the subsequent "Champion Physical Education Class", Zheng Shuyin explained the spiritual core of taekwondo - etiquette, honesty, patience, self-denial, and perseverance, and emphasized: "This is not only the creed of the arena, but also the principle of life. She explained while leading the students to practice the basic movements, and the student representatives also enthusiastically demonstrated their "taekwondo skills" in class, which made the Olympic champions frequently praise: "The movements are standard and full of momentum!" ”

At the end of the event, Zheng Shuyin also launched the "21-day sports check-in plan" to the students, calling on everyone to participate in physical exercise every day and record their experiences, "You don't have to pursue becoming a champion, but you must make sports a habit." She said that children will inevitably encounter problems in their studies and life and do not know how to solve them, and sports will naturally help them develop the determination to overcome difficulties.
