北京時間3月25日，乒乓球WTT印度金奈球星賽即將正式拉開帷幕——受全運會資格賽正在開打影響，國乒選手全體放棄參加本次外戰，不過日本、韓國等強隊主力如張本智和、早田希娜、張本美和、小富士小月、申裕斌等人已經報名，巴西名將雨果，奈及利亞選手阿魯納等人也會來。

According to the official website of the World Table Tennis Federation, the Japanese team sent a number of main players to participate in the Indian competition, including the world's top ten Tomokazu Zhangmoto, Hina Hayata, Miwa Zhangmoto, and Satsuki Kotsuki, in addition to Yuya Uda, Teruma Matsushima, Masaharu Yoshimura, Yuki Tanaka, Miyu Kihara, Miyu Nagasaki, Hashimoto Honoka and Yokoi Saki.

As for South Korea's Ahn Jae-hyun, Oh Hyun-sung, Lim Jong-hoon, Shin Yu-bin, Kim Na-young, Lee Eun-hye, Zhu Qianxi and others also signed up, in addition to Brazil's Hugo, Nigeria's Aruna, Chinese Taipei's Zheng Yijing, Puerto Rico's Diaz and other famous players.
