在來賓市工業園區鳳凰工業園,坐落著一座見證了66年風雲變幻的老廠——廣西鐵合金有限責任公司(以下簡稱“合金公司”)。其前身廣西八一錳礦,自1959年8月1日創立,當地人習慣稱它為“八一錳礦”,是當時全國三大錳礦開採基地之一,在社會主義建設中為國家提供優質錳礦石,曾得到國務院嘉獎令。多年來,它從紮根於這片土地到逐漸壯大,成為了廣西乃至全國重要的錳系鐵合金生產基地,如今正以創新和實幹書寫新篇。

In the past, alloy companies used small, open furnaces, where the heat from the flame was dissipated unchecked, wasting energy and inefficient. Today, closed furnaces lock in heat and double the efficiency.
With the increased degree of automation, one furnace worker can control two or three furnaces at the same time. In the past, the slag pond with a high risk factor can now be accurately completed in the control center, which not only improves the efficiency, but also ensures the safety of workers.
The process has also changed dramatically. In the past, relying on manual judgment inevitably led to errors. Now, through the 5-hour uninterrupted monitoring of various advanced instruments, the data is accurate and the safety factor has risen sharply. Now a furnace of molten iron is fifty or sixty tons, and the output is 0~0 times that of the previous small furnace, and the iron tapping efficiency has been significantly improved.
