I'm not from the north, and I love eating this kind of pancake. And that kind of pancake. I like to eat cakes with a burnt smell on the outside.

Yesterday afternoon, I saw a friend on the headlines who said that he was making pancakes at home. My interest also came.

I was home alone at noon today, and I started this project. I haven't done it and I'm afraid of failure.

But I can make a face, and it's the kind of face that is three lights. It is hand light, basin light, and face light.

This is my reconciled noodles, and it took half an hour to rise. Now I'm going to start with something I've never done before. Sprinkle some dry flour and knead the dough slightly to form a smooth dough. Cut the dough into four dough squeezes of the same size with two knives.

Arrange each side squeeze into a circle. Press and flatten with your hands, then roll out thin and round.

A cut like this is made and rolled into a cone with the center as the origin.

Put the large end on the blade, flatten it from top to bottom, and then roll it out thin and round.

This way you can fry slowly over low heat.

When I saw the bread bulging, I knew I had succeeded. Turn over and fry for a while, and you're done.

A good start is half the battle. (Because I know how to meet)

That's right! It's delicious! I made two and ate them.

So, if you're interested in something, challenge yourself. The kitchen is a good place, and there is a lot of fun!
